  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

  • International Shipping: 7–18 business days (varies by destination)

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your package is delayed beyond the expected delivery window or marked as delivered but not received:

We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect or undeliverable address if no update is provided before shipment.
